Dear 學長: 小弟先來試試T'x plan A:(1). Teeth #6, 7, 10, 11: ReEndo T'x.(2). UA CLP + #5, 8, 9, 12 Implantation.(3). #5, 12 single PFM crowns, #6, 7, 10, 11 post & core + single PFM crowns with porcelain butt margins, #8, 9 splinted crowns......T'x plan B:(1). Teeth #6, 7, 10, 11: ReEndo T'x.(2). UA CLP.(3). #6, 7, 10, 11 post & core, #5 - 12 splinted PFM C&B with porcelain butt margins, #8, 9 ovate pontic with stress-breaker inside.
Optional plan:Additionally, full mouth Orthodontic T'x plus all old C&B redone.
這種case很容易造成吃力不討好的窘境,不過看她的再發性齲齒的狀況以及咬合平面的弧度,會擔心前牙誘導及側方誘導的破壞力.感覺很難的喔!
