可見拔牙後牙脊塌陷之情況

    Considering about the stretching by buccal frenum, the attached gingivae should

    be apicalizd using a gingival graft at first.



    After healing of the soft tissue, then we can perform a ridge splitting, a bone

    expansion (by osteotome or finger expander), a bone graft, two implantations

    and a membranous GBR all together.
