crown margin往下包得不夠? (沒看到第二套temp. bridge)
the initial x-ray: 35 PDL widen around , but inthe final x-ray:37 mesial and apical PDL widen , maybe fracture or deep probing of 37
1. 手術後冠根長度比大於1:1 加上此小臼齒為椎狀小牙根2. 倖存臨牙們 咬合面有異常咬耗情形綜合以上術後作為5X7牙橋之支台齒承受力不足
insufficient ostectomy around mesial side of 35 and maybe too sharp the bone crest transition from 34 to 35 , it should be more gradual
可以請問一下,失敗是因為病人有甚麼症狀嗎?另外我覺得X光片看起來#35似乎有apical lesion(所以應該要re-endo?)#35 post略為短一點
